The service.
GP Pro is a tool for managing trips, parcels, contacts, team members and payments received. Trip announcements can be shared publicly. GP Pro does not transport parcels and is not a party to the agreement between a carrier and their customer.
Your account and team.
Provide accurate information, protect access to your device and grant your colleagues only the access they need. You are responsible for the information and content you enter or publish.
Parcels and payments.
Carriers and customers agree on prices, transport conditions, delivery times and customs formalities. They must comply with applicable law and must not transport prohibited goods. Amounts recorded in GP Pro are used for bookkeeping; GP Pro does not transfer that money.
WhatsApp communications.
Carriers must have the right to contact the people concerned. Automatic receipt, arrival and handover notifications require explicit consent. Recipients can reply STOP to stop these notifications or contact contact@gppro.fr for help.
Availability and records.
Sync requires an internet connection. Keep the records you need for your business. We may suspend access in the event of abuse or a security risk; contact support to resolve the issue.
