Who processes your data?
GP Pro is operated by Abdou DIOUF. For privacy enquiries, contact contact@gppro.fr. GP carriers remain responsible for the customer information they enter for their business.
Data we use.
Depending on your use, GP Pro processes your account identifier, name, phone number, email address and information from your sign-in provider. It also processes team membership and permissions, trips, drop-off and pickup addresses, sender and recipient contacts, parcel codes, weights, photos, prices and payments received. Camera, photo and contact permissions support the actions you choose in the app.
Purposes and legal bases.
Data is used to provide the service, manage access, sync work, track parcels and produce receipts, based on performance of the requested service. Security, diagnostics and service improvement rely on our legitimate interests, subject to any required permissions or consent. Automatic WhatsApp notifications rely on your consent, which you can withdraw by replying STOP.
Public information and recipients.
Published trip details, including the route, date, rate, brand and contact details selected by the carrier, are accessible to anyone with the link and to services displaying its preview. Other business data is available to authorised team members and providers needed to run the service.
Providers and transfers.
Google Firebase supplies authentication, database, storage, hosting, server functions, Analytics and Crashlytics. Analytics measures usage; Crashlytics collects technical diagnostics, errors and identifiers used to investigate them. Meta WhatsApp processes phone numbers, message content, consent and delivery status. Apple and Google provide distribution, sign-in and, where applicable, in-app purchases. Cloudflare manages DNS and contact email routing. Some provider processing may occur outside your country under their applicable data protection safeguards.
Retention and deletion.
Account and business data is retained as needed to provide the service. Deleting an account removes its profile and access; deleting an owner also deletes the teams they own and associated data and files. Records belonging to a team where you are only a member may remain under its owner’s responsibility. Non-personal code reservations and a technical deletion record are retained to prevent reuse and inconsistent retries. Data required for legal obligations or security may be retained for the period justified by that purpose.
Your rights.
You can request access, correction, deletion or portability, restrict processing or object where applicable. Email contact@gppro.fr; proportionate identity verification may be necessary. You may also contact the CNIL or your local supervisory authority. Withdrawing WhatsApp consent does not stop the carrier from managing your parcel.
Website and enquiries.
These information pages do not set advertising cookies or load Analytics. The hosting provider processes technical data needed to serve and secure the pages. Support emails are used to handle your enquiry. Visit the account deletion page to request closure without reinstalling the app.
